Breville BFP800XL Sous Chef Food Processor is a multi-function food processor specially designed to cut all food into the optimal size pieces consistently. Its wide feed chute together with different disc and blade options make it easy to slice fruits and vegetables of all shapes and sizes.

Super wide feed chute. The Breville Sous Chef Food Processor has a 5.5-inch super wide feed chute that reduces the need to precut fruits and vegetables, hence saving your time and making processing faster and easier.

Eight different discs and blades. It comes with five multi-function discs and three different blades for numerous prep options. The variable slicing disc has 24 different slicing settings that allows you to customize the thickness of your slices from a paper thin 0.3mm to a thick 8.0mm. Other discs include a julienne disc, a French fry cutting disc, a whisking disc and a reversible shredding disc. It also includes a micro-serrated S blade, a mini blade and a dough blade for kneading.

Two different processing bowls. The Breville Sous Chef includes a large 16-cup processing bowl for blending large servings of soup or dough and a 2.5-cup mini processing bowl for processing small amounts of sauces or nuts.

Count-up and count-down timer. This food processor is equipped with a LCD display with count-up and count-down timer that enables you to set your desired time required for processing.
